In addition to the solid performance of Eicher TERRA Series, it is our constant endeavor to keep the promise of easy access and reach to quality service for your tipper and help you achieve higher uptime at all times. In the same stead, Eicher is pleased to launch a brand new initiative to ensure service of your fleet even in the remotest of locations – Dedicated Container Workshops.

Over 15 dedicated container workshops are already being set up across country to provide the tipper customers with quality service options the doorstep of their operating sites. Locations like sites of roads/bridges construction and remote mining areas, where our TERRA customers are operational, are being taken up on priority basis for Container Workshops Setup.

These container workshops are equipped with all necessary tools and fast moving spare parts needed for quick service and complaint resolution. It also has a small office space for one supervisor comfortable operations and typical support equipment like compressor and other facilities.
